Morrison Architectural Sign Company is a full-service sign company that fabricates, installs, and services interior and exterior signage throughout the country. Established in 1984 by Bryan and James Morrison, Morrison takes great pride in our quality and workmanship. Based in Dallas, Texas, our dedicated team works with architects, environmental designers, general contractors, building owners, and individuals to manufacture and install signage packages to meet and exceed their requirements.
In 2016, after being in the business for over 30 years, Bryan and James decided to sit back and handed over the reins to Maxtin Inc. While most of the company personnel remained, Buddy Kanizar was brought in to lead the team.
I spent 12 years at Motorola learning how to make things better with Lean-Sigma and Automation tools. I left to get more rounded and learn how to manage a business. Now, I get to run a small company with great people in a fun industry. Bryan and James Morrison did a great job running Morrison Architectural Sign Company for more than 30 years…I hope to continue their legacy while using my skills to improve upon their success.

I'm a self-proclaimed nerd, coffee addict, typography snob, forever Wildcat (KSU!), lover of baseball, and overall kid at heart. Much to my mother’s dismay I once jumped out of a perfectly good airplane.
It's very satisfying to be a part of a process where an idea is born, crafted by hand, installed and enjoyed. And who doesn't love being around lasers and power tools all day?
I am passionate about my family, friends, USWNT Soccer, Texas Rangers, and doing well for my customers. Playing sports while growing up made me into a competitor. And while I enjoy my job and try to have fun at work, I strive for the feeling I get from a win. Being able to take a designer’s visions and getting it done right and on time counts as a win to me.
I just plain get things done! I’ve managed projects ranging from Large Hospital and Multi-Floor Office build outs to a single sign to help a business advertise their location. And I do it all with a smile and a great attitude. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
